Matthew 11:24
This verse just serves to strengthen a truth of Scripture that we often forget. God is mainly looking at our response to Truth, not our particular brand of rebellion. Although the Sodomites were guilty of the gross sin of homosexuality, and or bisexuality, the inhabitants of these local Jewish towns were even less sensitive to the Truth. Sins such as this are a judgement for turning from the Truth. A straight liar is not somehow better than an honest transvestite. A sodomite who is otherwise very moral is not less of a sinner than a heterosexual drug abuser. Sin is sin. What we do about our sin is the key.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for all of Your mercy. Thank You for not singling out anybody, but for judging sin by the same standard all across the board. Your fairness has always been a blessing to me. Thank You for Jesus Christ, and the forgiveness and change of life that we have through him. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray and praise You, Amen.
Prayer Requests: Pray for a young man who needs salvation. Pray for a Jewish lady who needs salvation. Pray for a lost man who is currently attending church.
