Matthew 19:13
The disciples failed to see the scope of the ministry of Christ. They felt they could do him a favor by keeping him from being bothered by children. These children were not sick. They were brought to Jesus simply for his blessing. This was, in itself, an act of faith.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, may we never fail to love You. You are so worthy of our adoration. You have given so much to us. The greatness of Your power is only matched by the greatness of Your character. You are the most wonderful One there is! I am glad to know You.
