What a picture of salvation! Without Christ we are blind to the Truth, and we do not and cannot hear God’s voice in his Word. After he changes us, we can see, and we can hear, for the very first time.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for all that You have done though salvation! By Your Son You have changed our lives completely, and for all eternity. Thank You for Your mercy and grace. We so easily forget that, without Your love, none of us would be here. It is only by Your great grace that this world goes on from day to day. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray and praise You, Amen.
